Just wanted to take a minute to post something for the artist's out there.

When I first started acquiring my Copic Markers I quickly found myself looking for a way to store them that was also convenient - not to mention aesthetically pleasing.

I must admit that I originally contemplated forking over the dough for this very cool Copic Markers Block Stand, but as my collection grew it just didn't seem to be economically feasible. It would have cost me just under $100 to house 96 markers. What I ended up using cost less than $3.00 and stores way more than just 96 markers! Even better - it's portable!

How did I do it so cheaply? Well I have my markers separated into 2 containers based on their color family. The containers are actually Designer Toilet Paper holders that came FREE with the purchase of a single roll of Toilet Paper - which was in itself FREE with coupons! Inside the basket is also a smaller dark blue container that holds my micro liners and my glitter pens which was an UpCycle Project I'll post soon.

The 3 containers, as well as a bottle of colorless blender, sit inside a beautifully durable handled basket that I got at Michael's for just pennies on the dollar. It was a Fall basket which I found at 90% off during the Spring.

Don't overlook Michael's when it comes to finding great deals on baskets and decorative boxes. You just have to keep an eye out for off season colors and themes and have an employee price check it if you think it might be on clearance. At 90% off this basket cost just $1.90!
